Some Necessary Things

HEY, ADMIRAL.

Like how I wrote that in big ole' letters? Thought I'd try a different way to catch your attention.

Anyhow, my inmate's getting cold and... Wants to burn stuff, so... What, with people setting fire to one another and the ship being bad and all, I'd like to put out a request for, like, everyone and this way they can see someone's writing one out on their behalf.

1: Lots of blankets and some heavier clothing (preferably non-embarrassing).
2: A hot water bottle (with instructions would be good).
3: Advanced warning if a flood's coming up.

I realise the last one's not likely, but you never know until you ask...

All the more reason not to get lazy.

There are legitimate complaints.

But not about it being a bit chilly.

The hell's wrong with a bit of comfort? It's not like putting out a request takes too long.

It's an unnecessary indulgence. Unless your inmate is actually dying of hypothermia.

So are your clothes, but you like them, don't you?

If it weren't for the clothes, a lot of us would be dying of hypothermia. The other things? not so much.

Not when it's a warm day... Should we put you down as a public nudity supporter, O'Brien?
